So Kale me now!

So my friend said she heard they say, " Save the drama for your mama!" And I agreed. So all foods/recipes from now till the end of December will be light. Use EZbites for your in- between times before heading to your next holiday party(ies).

They say it is normal to feel full and bloated during the Holidays. No! It ain’t normal! I feel like a sack of russet potatoes. My escapes? working out, bowling, etc. Anything to burn some kilo joules. Or, in my case, kilos turkey and pecan pie and gravy after this past Thanksgiving.
But hey its all in good times and sharing it with your loved ones, but the rest of the time it is called M.A.I.N.T.E.N.A.N.C.E and that is the only secret I know about. When in doubt I sign up with Max Multisport for a workout routine. Short and sweet! Most of my gal friends are loving it (from running group to swimming)..let me know what works for you.

So in lieu fo my site being constructed, i am relying on blogger to post the healthy food ideas to you.

Stay tune for kale recipe.

Stay warm all.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Football and sleep for moi on Sunday.:)
